The Christmas spirit came alive at Kewarra this December, with residents participating in a delightful Christmas biscuit decorating session. While we're not quite ready to open a bakery just yet, the laughter and creativity shared during this activity reminded us that the best memories are made when we come together. The kitchen filled with the sweet aroma of icing and festive cheer as residents crafted their edible masterpieces.

Our Christmas Happy Hour with families became one of the month's highlights, bringing generations together in celebration. The atmosphere was electric as residents and their loved ones played Pass the Christmas Present—a game that had everyone in stitches. These moments of connection remind us why family gatherings matter so much, particularly during the festive season.

The culinary experience reached new heights when our dedicated team prepared a beautiful Christmas lunch for residents. As preparations intensified for our Residents and Staff Christmas Party, the entire facility transformed into a winter wonderland. A New Sanctuary for Wellness

December also marked an exciting milestone with the opening of our new beauty room and spa. This peaceful sanctuary offers residents a dedicated space to relax, be pampered, and enjoy life's simple pleasures—perhaps with a nice drop of champagne. Thanks to Lisa and Keelie, this tranquil retreat provides residents with professional beauty treatments and spa services in a calm, dignified environment. The new facility represents our ongoing commitment to enhancing wellbeing and creating spaces where residents can truly unwind.

Understanding the importance of family connections during Christmas, we created a specially staged photography area in the main hub.
